There are two restaurants at the hotel. The hotel's rooms vary in size; 80% are medium and 20% are large. Some rooms have been renovated in modern, simple style with light green/neutral colors. However, many rooms are very basic and would benefit from redecoration. Some floors are in better shape than others. The friendly Pennsylvania hotel is located in the lower part of New York's midtown area, facing Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It is only 3 blocks from the magnificent Empire State Building, the Fashion District, Macy's department store and the Theatre District. The lobby is extremely large and bustling with activity. It has recently undergone renovation and has been restored to its former traditional style. The lobby is very grand with high ceilings and marble floors. The lobby also has a newsstand and gift shop and restaurant. This landmark hotel was built in 1919 and is one of New York City's largest hotels. - Hotel Best la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. la información a los latinos es muy buena

- Hotel Worst limpieza de las habitaciones. Servicio de teléfono más accesible, me cobraron 1 minuto 22 dolares. Poder pedir algo para comer desde la habitación se hace muy complicado, sugiero un mejor servicio en las habitaciones

- Hotel Best La ubicacion, frente al Madison square Garden, directo para ir en tren desde el JFK.

- Hotel Worst El mantenimiento de las habitaciones, es un hotel de los ańos 30, y al ser 1300 habitaciones debe ser dificil poder mantenerlas a todas bien.
